My Approach to Helping
My passion is treating clients with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma. Since I was a little girl, I have always been fascinated with learning about other cultures, people who are different than me, and the stories that make them who they are. I hope to be a part of your story and help create a narrative that aligns with your goals.
The way we think, and the stories we tell ourselves about our experiences, often impact how we feel and cope. I normally integrate strengths-based, narrative, and cognitive behavior therapy to serve diverse clients. In conjunction with therapy, I love to recommend books that help clients continue their journey to better mental health outside of therapy.
