My Approach to Helping
In my practice, I approach every client with kindness and respect as they struggle with difficult life situations and emotional angst, whether caused by unfortunate circumstances or biosocial triggers. Clients acquire skills to balance their lives, appreciate their feelings, and move forward with hope and courage. I like to work with individuals in therapy, families in therapy, and couples in therapy. I have also worked with parents and children in mediation, co-parenting, and parent-child reunification, as well as divorcing couples who choose to use collaboration for their divorce. I have been trained in clinical psychopharmacology and look forward to working more with geriatric patients.
