My Approach to Helping
Jasmine Harden is a native of Atlanta, Ga. She completed her undergraduate studies in psychology at Clark Atlanta University before pursuing her Master's in Community Counseling with Argosy University Atlanta. She has over 13 years of experience in mental health services, navigating the child welfare system, and prevention services throughout the state of Georgia and Tennessee in psychiatric and outpatient services. Her clinical training focuses on cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. She has a passion for serving the underserved. Jasmine’s approach to therapy is to treat the total person for optimum wellness. Her goal for clients is to develop coping strategies to increase self-care and preservation, and to reduce toxic stress in our daily lives.
