Life is filled with a plethora of emotions and experiences. There are good times, and there are moments that drive us to our breaking point. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to assist you on your journey.
You are a unique individual, and what works for one client may not work for you. That is why I specifically tailor treatment to meet your individual needs through a plethora of approaches. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and sports performance therapy. In conjunction with talk therapy I also administer neurofeedback to help you reach your goals.
I am here to assist you on this journey and guide you to the places you are destined to be. You are a wonderful being, and the world wouldn't be the same without your story. I look forward to meeting you and walking alongside you every step of the way. See you soon!
More Info About My Practice
I also offer neurofeedback training. Neurofeedback is another modality we can use to further assist you on your therapeutic journey. With groundbreaking technology, we are able to address the areas of the brain that may be causing feelings of anxiety or depression. Neurofeedback can also help you focus more or focus less, depending on your needs. If you are curious about neurofeedback and seek to learn more, feel free to email me at any time, and we can discuss this incredible modality in greater detail.
I also offer sports performance therapy for teams and individual athletes. Athletes are under constant duress both on and off the field. As student-athletes, there are many hats that you may have to juggle. You are an athlete, a student, plus you must maintain a social life as well. This can easily become overwhelming. Sports performance therapy can help you manage those emotions and help boost performance as well. My approach combines science-backed theories and practical applications, enabling athletes to understand and harness the intricate balance between stress and peak performance. Life as an athlete can be difficult, but you are not alone on this journey. Reach out and boost your performance today
My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy
I think that Carl Jung best described the purpose of psychotherapy when he stated, "The principle aim of psychotherapy is not to transport one to an impossible state of happiness, but to help the client acquire steadfastness and patience in the
face of suffering." That is exactly what I look to do for you as your therapist. Coming to therapy does not mean that life will become easier. There will be suffering and there will still be hard times. My job is to give you the tools you need to navigate these rough moments and come out the other end more successful than you went in. You are a unique and wonderful being, don't let the rough moments of life take your spark. Book a session with me and become the person you were always destined to be.
