My Approach to Helping
I am a psychotherapist (LCSW) and a certified Empowerment Life Coach. The awareness of one’s own thinking power and ability to create one’s own vision is the foundation of the empowerment journey. Self empowerment is acquired by the end of a Three phased journey to empowerment. The journey provides the participants to learn how to create their own personal vision, and to create a plan to manifest one’s goal.
