My Approach to Helping

I work with people that are ready to take control of their mental health, experience relief, and build resilience. My treatment philosophy is "together, forward" and as a team, we will identify, prioritize, and treat what is most important to you.

More Info About My Practice

I am a Clinical and Police and Public Safety Psychologist, with education, training, and professional experience providing science-backed, trauma-informed, culturally competent mental health services.

During treatment, you will learn to neutralize emotional pain, transform negative thoughts into an empowering growth mindset, and replace problematic reactions (e.g., perfectionism, self-criticism, addiction, isolation), with healthy skills and behaviors to experience relief and resilience.

My office, The Ridge, prioritizes availability, accessibility, and privacy. We are open seven days a week, offering confidential in-person therapy sessions to adolescents and adults across the state of Nevada and virtual sessions to people in 33 PSYPACT participating states.
