My Approach to Helping
My counseling approach is based on the individual’s needs and goals. I believe in creating a safe place for clients to express themselves authentically and be truly understood. I view counseling as a collaborative process and that the client is the expert in their experience. I am dedicated to providing non-judgmental and compassionate counseling where they can explore both the pleasant and unpleasant parts of life and make long-lasting changes that lead to a more fulfilling life. My goal is to help clients develop a healthier sense of self, cultivate healthy relationships, and have an overall better quality of life.
