I enjoy helping people move through difficult phases of life (such as young adulthood, becoming new parents, becoming empty nesters, midlife, retirement, experiencing a disabling event, and loss). Events in our past can continue to show up and affect us in the present, making us feel stuck. Sometimes we repeat patterns, and don't understand why. I offer a safe space where you can comfortably explore your feelings and obtain tangible strategies designed to help facilitate growth. I specialize in life transitions and am trained in trauma modalities. Meaningful change is possible!
