I believe in a holistic approach to therapy and understand that areas such as nutrition, habits, environment, adversity, trauma, and life stressors all have an affect on our mental health. Our minds are powerful machines, and sometimes those machines run optimally, and sometimes they break down. Our minds will believe anything we tell it, therefore fueling our minds with routines, positivity, mindfulness and support will help promote a healthier lifestyle. Progress is not linear, and it doesn't have to be all or nothing. More isn’t always better and the person next to you does not define your worth.
