My Approach to Helping
Hello! My name is Jennifer Hedke and I am a licensed independent mental health practitioner in the state of Nebraska, licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Montana, licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Wisconsin, and a nationally registered art therapist. I specialize in working with adults, children, and teens struggling with addiction, trauma, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, self-harm, and depression. I practice using art therapy, CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing. I practice mental health care using person-centered, and trauma-informed approaches. I like to tailor therapeutic approaches to meet the needs of my clients. I have extensive experience engaging young people who struggle with self-expression. I have worked at higher levels of care such as residential treatment, behavioral education programs, and addiction recovery clinics.
