My Approach to Helping

I am a licensed Psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples with a variety of issues. I have helped people with depression, anxiety, grief, relationship problems, career issues, existential issues, life transitions, substance abuse, and anger management. I have a very person-centered approach and gently approach the therapeutic relationship to establish a good connection and collaborative working relationship with you. I graduated from the California School of Professional Psychology in San Francisco Bay Area and have done 3 years of advanced training in Analytical Psychology at the C.G. Jung Institute of San Francisco. For short-term work, I use a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approach while with longer-term work I use Jungian psychology theory. Many clients feel that the therapeutic relationship is a very special one with respect, trust, and confidentiality emphasized. I can gently take you on your healing journey to reach your full potential and goals and to gain more self-understanding and peace of mind. An unexamined life is not worth living.
