My name is Jennifer Van Fosson-Roelfs and I am a licensed mental health therapist working throughout the state of Iowa providing telehealth services. I work with teens, young adults, individuals, and couples. I specialize in areas such as depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+, grief, and trauma.
My approach to therapy is based on the needs of each client when they enter therapy. I most frequently use cognitive behavioral therapy, along with solution and strength-based approaches. These approaches allow me to engage with the client in creating trust and a relationship that supports growth.
