My Approach to Helping

Are there parts of you or your reactions and responses you would like to understand better? Do you sometimes feel in a fog, disconnected, or numb? Or perhaps you are stuck in a pattern you want to escape. It can be difficult to take that first step, especially if you were taught not to ask for help, or you don’t want to be a bother to anyone. It’s time to reach for a more fulfilling experience, to finally let go of that anguish you've been carrying. We all want to feel safe in our bodies and in our relationships, know we are valued and appreciated, and feel connected to loved ones without interference from the past. It's time to give yourself that chance.

I would like to work with you on taking back your power, to work toward realizing your more connected future, and manifesting alignment within yourself and with others. I am formally trained in several impactful modalities, including spiritual interventions if you feel that integration is meaningful to you. I believe healing is a whole-being experience including mind, body, and soul. The counseling process is a non-judgemental collaboration with you to find what works for your best outcome. I often assign homework to keep the momentum going between sessions.

I’m so glad you’re searching for something that can help you. If you have tried counseling before and it didn't get you the outcome you wanted, let's discuss that and do it differently this time. I hope you take that next step and make contact. Let’s schedule a free consultation to talk about what you are looking for and discuss scheduling. Now seeing clients virtually in North Carolina and South Carolina.
