I am a Registered Psychotherapist based in Toronto, specializing in supporting individuals with ADHD, depression, and anxiety. I integrate evidence-based therapies, such as mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) into my work.
