My Approach to Helping

Working with me is a collaborative and compassionate experience. I create a safe space where you can openly explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we’ll work through challenges, identify your strengths, and develop strategies to help you live authentically and confidently. My approach is rooted in empathy and self-awareness, and I believe that meaningful change comes from within. Clients often describe me as warm, supportive, and nurturing—yet I’m also ready to provide a gentle push when needed to keep you motivated and on track toward your personal growth and goals.

More Info About My Practice

I believe every person is inherently valuable and deserving of kindness, love, and respect. While we all face challenges, these should never define or limit us. My approach is rooted in the person-in-environment perspective and systems change, meaning I view each client within the context of their unique circumstances and environment.

As a passionate advocate for individuals with dyslexia and learning disabilities, I volunteer with organizations like the International dyslexia association and decoding dyslexia. Additionally, as a Reiki Master, I incorporate the mind-body-spirit connection into my practice to support holistic healing.

Your journey is deeply personal, and together, we’ll explore what works best for you while focusing on your healing, growth, and empowerment.
