My Approach to Helping
Do you keep letting your self down despite your intentions? Are you stuck beating yourself up instead of getting to what’s meaningful? Whether it's imposter syndrome, people pleasing, or struggling to show up in a way that aligns with who you are, together we can work at discovering the root causes of your struggles. Through this understanding we can begin to break old patterns and find better ways of being in your life. As an existential therapist I approach these issues from an in-depth perspective and a focus on understanding them.

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is a way to heal, it is a process. This therapeutic process is focused on looking at your narrative and understanding of your experiences. I believe that therapy should be about helping you to develop your self-understanding, your capabilities, and your capacities. In therapy, we look at where you are blocked, hindered, hurt, and where you need to be strengthened through support, understanding and compassion.
