My Approach to Helping

My name is Jewels and I support adults who struggle with anxiety. Sometimes these adults experienced difficult childhoods or suffered through childhood trauma. Sometimes they may find it challenging to use their voice to advocate for themselves or speak their truth. I have been trained in attachment trauma and especially love working with those who did not have a secure attachment to their mother or experienced “Mother wounds” while growing up. The focus of my work is to ensure all people feel seen, heard and validated on their therapy journey.
The stages of healing involve awareness, grief, healing the inner child and connecting to Self. I am a warm and nurturing therapist and provide a compassionate, safe space to heal.
To ALL people seeking therapy no matter what you are struggling with please know this: Everyone deserves to have a voice and your voice is important. Your feelings matter and you are not alone :)
