I believe you are the expert on your life and I am here to facilitate your growth and healing in a supportive, non-judgmental environment we will create together. I hope you will come as you are to each session, even if it's just to talk about the Taylor Swift song you have on repeat. I believe in moving at the speed of trust, building and developing our relationship so we can make therapy the best possible experience for you.
I will guide you through the thick fog of life and help you discover or rediscover who you are truly meant to be without worrying about the judgment of others.
I address therapy in a laid-back and sometimes humorous manner. If you are looking for a more relaxed, freeing therapy experience, I would love to talk.
