My Approach to Helping
Personal Statement
Life can be difficult on many levels and it is easy to get stuck on the negative path with worries. We believe in listening and being present to help people process through their hurt, pain and doubt. We have worked with individuals that have had past trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem challenges and other difficulties. We provide a safe, understanding place for clients to be able to process and work through those emotions. Our approach is to offer a collaborative and conversational way for clients to process emotions in a safe setting.
Communication and understanding can be a big key to healthy relationships and self worth . We have found that using emotional focus therapy and Gottman for couples has been successful. We offer a wide variety of modalities to help clients where they are at and helping them to move forward to where they desire to be.
