My Approach to Helping

Are you a high achiever that is overwhelmed and burnt out? Are you upset at not meeting your goals and expectations? Do you constantly struggle with managing your work-life balance? People might think that you have it all together, but on the inside, you are critical of yourself and disappointed. You also might lack confidence and often find yourself second guessing you decisions. I commonly see high achievers and executives that are afraid of criticism, feel like imposters, and worry about upsetting others.

I can help you feel more in control of your thoughts and emotions. You will learn how to effectively prioritize your time so that you can get more done and reduce procrastination. I will teach you the skills needed to feel calm during periods of high stress. I can help you learn how to set boundaries, say no, and better advocate for your own needs.

More Info About My Practice

I also offer executive coaching for high achievers, leveraging my background in clinical psychology to address the unique challenges faced by leaders and professionals. I work with clients to enhance their leadership skills, manage stress, and balance their perfectionistic tendencies with effective decision-making and interpersonal communication. By applying insights from various therapeutic approaches, I help clients develop strategies for achieving their professional goals while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. My coaching focuses on fostering resilience, emotional intelligence, and a sustainable approach to success, empowering high achievers to excel in their careers while nurturing their overall well-being.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I work with clients who are high achievers and executives grappling with relentless pressure and perfectionism. They often feel exhausted from the constant drive to excel, experience persistent feelings of inadequacy, and seek approval from others. Despite achieving their goals, they find only fleeting satisfaction, leading to a continuous chase for the next milestone. Many struggle with imposter syndrome, self-doubt, and anxiety about decisions and productivity. They also face challenges with setting boundaries, asserting themselves, and managing guilt around rest, which affects their work-life balance. My approach helps these individuals address these issues, gain control over their thoughts and emotions, and develop healthier ways to manage their personal and professional lives.
