My Approach to Helping

I am told that I am warm, energetic and that I have a really creative approach to therapy. I combine Positive Psychology and CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) with Buddhism and a creative mix of the best approaches known to modern psychology. I specialize in helping people to fulfill their potential.

I taught Positive Psychology to the med students at UCLA and have done this work for 25 years. I think therapy should be 1.) a great adventure 2.) fascinating 3.) liberating, and here?s the biggest one-- 4.) It?s got to show results. Yes, results. We will set goals and chart your progress.
