Mr. McQueen has a BA in psychology from Pennsylvania State University, a master of arts from Webster University, and a master of science in public health from The University of South Carolina. Mr. McQueen has worked in various administrative capacities with the South Carolina Department of Mental Health and Devereux Behavioral Health-Georgia.
