My Approach to Helping
The choice to begin therapy is a courageous one. I consider it a great privilege to partner with people as they work to improve various aspects of their lives. I provide a safe, empathetic, and warm environment to encourage exploration and personal growth. Everyone entering therapy has a unique set of goals; I work to meet those specific needs and desires through an eclectic approach of interpersonal, cognitive behavioral (CBT), and solution-focused therapy.
I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, bereavement, PTSD, and substance abuse.
