My Approach to Helping

I work with middle aged men and women that are currently experiencing self destruction with unwanted sexual behaviors or emotional outbursts. You're looking for someone to help you make sense of life right now. You're looking for someone to help you reconnect to yourself and others, and you know that life can't keep going on the same. You're goal for counseling? Get life to be closer to what it's supposed to be like. You have an idea that this isn't it right now, but there is more and you want more.

My work with individuals and couples brings a calm, steady, authentic peace to the room that allows you to engage with your story. I hold a fundamental belief that healing happens through relationship. So, I work to foster a healing relationship of connection, attunement and trust with my clients.

I currently have some immediate openings. Call and you'll reach a kind voice that is ready to come alongside to face a painful past, build hope for a future, and thrive in the present. Reach out for a complimentary consultation. I look forward to hearing from you.
