My Approach to Helping
Finding the right therapist can be a difficult task. My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to share your thoughts and feelings. By listening to and understanding your needs, I will assist in navigating complex issues that are currently preventing you from reaching your goalsideal self. I have extensive experience in treating adults, adolescents, and children in a variety of settings.
I specialize in treating anxiety, relationship issues, ADHD, Depression, and Self-Esteem issues. I specifically use evidence-based treatments in my practice that are backed by research including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness based practices.
Therapy with me, will be individually and uniquely tailored towards your specific needs. My collaborative, warm, and empathic approach allows clients to set clear goals and efficiently work towards significant change within their lives and relationships.
