My Approach to Helping
The default setting for a human being is contentment and happiness. We are not supposed to live uncomfortably in anguish and confusion. If you or a loved one are looking to feel better, please let me know. I provide therapy for those adults, children, and couples who wish to improve their lives. I specialize in emotional control, anxiety, depression, concentration, relationships, life transitions, focus development, relaxation training, and stress reduction.
