My Approach to Helping
I believe that each of us has the capacity and desire to growth and change. Despite all the challenges and struggles we have endured in life, like what Virginia Satir said, "problems are not the problem: coping is the problem." Our responses to the events of life are more important than the events themselves.
Carl R. Rogers once said " The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination." It is my goal as a therapist to journey with my clients and to empower them to grow, change, and get through their life challenges and struggles, and move toward the direction of a good, beautiful and happy life.
Everyone deserved to be loved as who they are, and live to the fullness as they wish!

How Psychotherapy Can Help
Everyone goes through challenging situations in life, and while you may have successfully navigated through other difficulties you have faced, you may benefit from extra support at this time.
By engaging in counselling, you are taking responsibility by accepting where you are in life and making a commitment to change the situation. Counselling provides you with a safe, confidential and supportive place to explore the difficulties you are facing in your life. It can provide long lasting benefits, giving you the self-knowledge and tools you need to avoid triggers, to change patterns that are not helpful for you and to support you in whatever challenges you face.
