My Approach to Helping
Have feelings of guilt or shame made self-forgiveness challenging, or has a difficulty staying motivated through a life transition left you feeling out of control? Perhaps unspoken expectations about how you "should" look or feel have left you exhausted andor overwhelmed. Maybe feelings of fear and anxiety have held you back causing you to feel stuck? If so, you have come to the right place. I specialize in working with women facing depression, shame, anxiety, ADHD, and insecurity. Additionally, I have extensive experience helping individuals deal with religious shame and related emotional issues. I believe in the power of vulnerability and the courage it takes to ask for help.
