My Approach to Helping
My style is relaxed, conversational, collaborative, and reflective, and I consider myself to be naturally intuitive, empathetic, and compassionate. I integrate holistic, systemic, neuro-biopsychosocial, and traditional psychotherapeutic methods to support you in your journey toward emotional and relational healing and balance.
By keeping my practice simple and small, I can work closely with clients from the initial contact through every step of their journey. This minimizes confusion with intake and billing and ensures quicker responses to client needs, contrasting with large telehealth corporations that often face delays, billing issues, and privacy concerns.
Although I am only providing therapy to individuals at this time, I do have extensive experience and training in working with relational issues and such issues can still be integrated through individual therapy.
