My Approach to Helping
Perhaps you feel more like a passenger than a driver on life's journey as if you are not arriving at the destinations you imagined for yourself. You realize that the expectations set for you by others are no longer working for you. Things have not worked out the way you planned and through no fault of your efforts, the feelings of stress and anxiety remain overwhelming. You are seeking peace, clarity, personal growth, and more meaning in life, you already know something needs to change and are uncertain how to go about it. Reaching out and asking for support is a great way to begin to help yourself feel better.
Imagine standing up to your past and showing up for yourself in the present. Imagine feeling less stressed and more focused on yourself and your needs. In our sessions together we will honor your past while energizing the present to explore ways and techniques to have better days in your future.
In partnership, we will explore the patterns in your life while also exploring tools and proven techniques so that your present and future can become more about you thriving and less about you just surviving.
