My Approach to Helping

I believe that human have different possibilities and capacity for personal growth. I aware of the vulnerability that comes with therapy journey, and I build strong therapeutic relationship, trust, safety, empathy, respect, and acceptance. I also believed that connection and self-reflection acting as an important part in our relationship. I am committed to empower you to develop emotional awareness and self-compassion to bring positive change.

My approach is to compassionately and walk alongside you, empowering space for you to come in as you truly are. In collaboration, I worked with the client together to reframe their narratives, looking at a thought and feeling from another lens, as well as build various coping strategies. These approaches help you identify your emotions, empower you to explore, reflection, and develop a new perspective in a meaningful way of your life.
