My Approach to Helping
You may be struggling with sadness, loss of identity, conflictual relationships, or the troubling effects of trauma. Within my work as a LCSW, I focus on adults and families who are seeking to gain a sense of balance. I am simply a supportive partner that is going to challenge you and hold you accountable, while also ensuring you are heard and validated. My clients would describe me as warm, humorous and relatable. I focus on making therapy feel like a conversation and where you can take off the mask and let your hair down. It’s not a coincidence that you are here, therapy is one of the first steps to making change.
