My Approach to Helping

Working with me is to be welcomed into a safe space to bring yourself as you are. Together we will be able to tap into your most authentic self to collaboratively work towards processing thoughts and feelings with curiosity, gaining new perspectives, and challenging maladaptive thought and behavior patterns with more compassionate reframes and self-talk. Throughout the therapeutic journey, you will have my support to work on addressing what may be holding you back from achieving your goals.

More Info About My Practice

I am passionate about all things mental health related! I am a strong believer in living a life in which we all feel accepted, included, and worthy. I am an advocate for eating disorder recovery, currently working in the field and historically partaking in National Eating Disorder Awareness Week and volunteering for non-profit organizations that hold the goal of having equitable treatment for eating disorders be accessible to all who are in need of care.
