My Approach to Helping

You'll discover what you need, and how to ask for it. You'll learn to identify your boundaries, put them into words, and expect respect from other people. Best of all, by learning to care for yourself, you can improve your relationships with your loved ones, too.
I teach clients the practical communication and coping skills of cognitive behavioral therapy through a feminist and multiculturally-informed lens. This methods centers your lived experience and unique strengths to help you build confidence and compassion for yourself. My "no judgment" approach adapts well to trauma, alternative relationships and lifestyles.
