My Approach to Helping

Greetings! My name is Kara Stewart, I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of GA. I believe that therapy is most effective when approaches address overall wellness (physical, mental, and spiritual) and lead to lifestyle changes. I currently specialize in trauma/ Post-traumatic stress (PTSD), mood issues, and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity (ADH). However, I have years of experience in various areas of behavioral health and emotional challenges.
