My Approach to Helping

I provide both teletherapy and telephone options . Please call me for a free 15 minute consultation to see how I can be helpful to you.

I am a warm, compassionate and empathic therapist which, in combination with extensive training and skills developed over many years of practice, enables me to work successfully with people who are dealing with a wide variety of issues including stress, anxiety, depression, social anxiety, academic and career concerns, trauma, grief and life transitions.

Because each individual is unique, I utilize an integrative approach including Psychodynamic therapy, Hypnotherapy, and CBT, among others, to find the best fit for you. Hypnotherapy can be very helpful in treating a variety of issues including stress, anxiety, and insomnia. CBT addresses negative and self-defeating patterns of thinking and behaviors that may be impacting your life and keeping you stuck and unable to move forward. I also provide stress management and mindfulness training.

My area of expertise is working with adults with issues including relationships, life changes, identity, griefloss, depression and anxiety. My practice is diverse and includes people from many different life experiences.
