On the Fence About Going to Therapy?
Most people question whether they really need to go to therapy or is therapy really for them? Talk therapy allows you to share whatever is on your mind, and does not only address the symptoms of whatever problem you may be experiencing, but helps to address the underlying causes. It helps you to get a better understanding of who you are as a person, as well as other people in your life, be it personal or professional. The process, over a period of time, is beneficial and provides you with the ability to improve yourself and heal in the long term.
You deserve to be good to yourself, and you deserve to be happy. If you don't want to engage in therapy now, what will be different in 6 months time?
