More Info About My Practice
As licensed and experienced therapists, we are skilled at offering effective outpatient, individualized psychological care. We work with clients with serious mental health disorders and general relational problems within couples, families, and individuals by providing a neutral ground. Therapy is a way of exploring possibilities in relationships, growing through phases of life, and discovering personal growth, from budding relationships to reconnecting with family members. The remarkable aspect of life is that we grow, learn, and explore. Therapy provides a safe space for the personal exploration of life.

My Role as a Therapist
Clients are the authors of their lives; my role is to help get you to your goals through the person-centered intervention technique.
We use Gestalt Therapy techniques that focus on the whole person, combined with person-centered, structural, and Bowen family systems. Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral, safe space for couples, families, and individuals, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
