I have been in the emotional health and wellness field for 30 years. Cognitive wellness is a critical aspect of lifestyle wellness. My experience has included many venues from crisis, emergency room, outpatient, inpatient, nursing, and assisted living homes, and private practice, including youth, adults, and families, focusing on individuals, couples, partners, and families. I typically use the cognitive behavioral approach with successful client satisfaction in their counseling experience. How we think about the situations, problems, or disappointments that come in and out of our lives plays a critical role in how we develop healthy cognitive coping skills to get through our emotional and physical disappointments, grief, and struggles. My office is located in Mesa, with easy access from East 202. I conduct in-person office visits.
