Sitting with countless stories of emotional pain, disappointments, self-criticism, grief, searches for answers to deep questions, and moments of important discoveries, new hopes, and responsible choices, I have learned that living well is an art. My aim is to assist people in developing their personal ways of tackling life’s challenges, helping them find their own path again.
