My Approach to Helping
If you're feeling anxious, stressed, or overwhelmed, you may start to feel stuck and wonder if it's possible to experience joy, connection, or calm in your life. Perhaps you're struggling with the relationships in your life, or are ready for a big change and need some support. I can help. I have 5+ years of experience working with individuals and couples around relationship issues, stress, anxiety, burnout, depression, grief, infertility, chronic pain, self-esteem, and life transitions. While these challenges can be tough to move through, they also offer us opportunities for growth, resilience, and deeper connections.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and client-centered. I provide open, empathetic, and non-judgmental support, blending techniques from experiential, cognitive-behavioural, and mindfulness-based therapies. In our work together, we'll explore emotions, thoughts, and patterns with the goal of helping you make meaningful changes.
