My Approach to Helping
Do you feel like you're struggling to feel your best and achieve your goals? Do these feelings affect your relationships, and keep you feeling stuck? Depression and anxiety can be crushing. The feeling of being overwhelmed, scared, unsure, andor hopeless can stop you in your tracks. The good news is that there is help! We can work through these feelings together and get to the life you’ve envisioned for yourself.
In our sessions we'll identify patterns, better understand them, and work together to come up with a plan of how to achieve your goals. My background is in working with people experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, and perinatal mental health.
