My Approach to Helping

I specialize in treating mental health concerns in motherhood, including pregnancy, postpartum, NICU stays, conception and fertility, parenthood, premenstrual mood changes, parenting, pregnancy loss, and coping with grief. I also provide evaluations for ADHD and autism, and coordinating appropriate recommendations for my assessment clients. Additionally, I treat depression, anxiety, grief, and navigating life changes in adulthood. Therapy can be such a vulnerable place, and I am here to provide a collaborative, nurturing, and nonjudgmental space for my clients where we can explore more effective pathways for your day to day life.

I am extremely dedicated to helping my clients adjust to challenging life changes. I am licensed under PSYPACT to provide virtual therapy services across 39 states, so that therapy can be more accessible for my clients. I currently provide virtual therapy services to adults, parents, and can see all ages in-person for evaluations for ADHD and autism.

Let’s face it, life’s challenges are difficult to navigate alone. A safe environment in therapy allows for self-reflection and encourages collaboration in exploring how previous experiences shape you, setting boundaries, and managing guilt. I use cognitive behavioral and behavioral strategies to encourage self-reflection and coping.
