My Approach to Helping
Life can be difficult as we try to navigate through the many changes and transitions that may present. There are times when we may feel overwhelmed, anxious, or experience an increase in stress that seems impossible to overcome. I work with clients to create a safe and open environment where you can share your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment as you build skills to best address your concerns. My practice is focused on working with adults utilizing cognitive and dialectical behavior therapies to assist my clients in thinking about the issues they are facing from new perspectives. By identifying your thoughts, you can change the way you think, impacting how you feel and how you respond to situations in your life. You are not alone; yet, your journey is unique to you. Together we will work to identify your specific goals and create a plan to accomplish them at a pace that feels right for you.
