My Approach to Helping

I have a passion for supporting adults, teens, and children facing challenges such as interpersonal relationship dysfunction, identity and self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, and questions of faith. Clients can expect a genuine and down-to-earth demeanor when working with me, making the therapeutic process feel both approachable and enriching. My approach to therapy is holistic, client-centered, and trauma-informed.

More Info About My Practice

I integrate several therapeutic modalities based on the unique needs of each client. From a client-centered base, I bring in elements of attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, internal family systems, and emotion-focused therapy. I believe the client-therapist relationship is of utmost importance and work to create a warm and trusting environment where life transformation can take place. I have experience working with adults, adolescents, children, and families facing challenges including interpersonal conflict, life transitions, depression, anxiety, disordered eating, and identity low self-esteem. I am also trained in child-centered play therapy, expressive art therapy, and sand tray therapy. I hold my Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and in April 2024, completed the requirements to be designated as a National Certified Counselor.
