Sometimes you need to tell the negative committee inside your head to just sit down & shut up. You would like to be able to manage your thoughts & learn to relax. More Info About My Practice
I conduct in-office, Telehealth, & Walk n Talk therapy sessions with clients. Walk n Talk is where I meet with a client in a local park & we walk while conducting the therapy session. Getting outdoors really changes the dynamic of the session. Clients are often more relaxed as being outdoors is familiar, rather than being in a therapy office. But if being outdoors is not for you, don't worry. I still meet with clients in my nice cozy office or online. I am trained in EMDR.
My Role as a Therapist
Often a person is hesitant to seek therapy because they see this as admitting a weakness. In fact, it is being strong & should be seen as a strength. It takes courage to see within yourself that you need help, that there is an area that needs change. It takes even more courage to actually ask someone for that help. I want to work with you to identify what you want to change & support you with that change. Together. For Change.
