My Approach to Helping
Hello and welcome! I am honored that you are considering me in helping you on the path towards living a more fulfilling and exciting life. I am a NYS Licensed Clinical Psychologist with expertise in treating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work stress, and self-esteem issues.
I use a comprehensive approach inclusive of several modalities of traditional psychotherapy to identify and address areas for improvement. These include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), as well as psychodynamic therapy. My goal is to provide you with concrete tools and techniques that you can use when you find yourself in a place of uncertainty, discomfort, or uneasiness.
My intention is to empower you to recognize your innate ability to make the changes you desire, and to rediscover that you hold the answers within yourself already.
