My therapeutic approach draws from process-experiential and psychodynamic therapies to help you explore feelings and patterns that may be holding you back. Through hands-on techniques like art, guided imagery and mindfulness, hypnosis, role playing, and hypnosis, we can identify emotions and personal values that allow you to relate better to yourself and others. By processing feelings in the safety of therapy, you can release hurt and trauma, and boost confidence and self-worth.
I also help uncover repetitive dysfunctional patterns that may frustrate you and limit potential. My psychodynamic lens sheds light on behaviors rooted in the past so together we can wonder about the person you aspire to become. My goal is to guide you to flourish, thrive and develop meaningful connections.
