Making the decision to come to therapy is the first step to beginning your personal journey. As your therapist, I am passionate about assisting you in addressing your needs and in overcoming the barriers you face. I love integrating different interventions to meet your needs best. I believe in tailoring each session to each person regardless if you are struggling through a new life transition, working through painful experiences or fears of a current experience, and regaining your life back from symptoms of depression and anxiety. My hope is that our sessions together will bring insight, stability and peace within your relationships and life.
I have an eclectic approach that caters to each clients needs, but my specializations include DBT, CBT, and psychodynamic therapy.
