My Approach to Helping
Are you good at being there for others, but struggle with your own emotional self-care? Do you struggle with setting healthy boundaries for yourself in your relationships? Do you wish you could heal the wounds of your childhood trauma? Are you experiencing feelings of anger, loneliness, sadness, or invisibility from growing up with an emotionally neglectful parent or family? Do you tend to take on too much responsibility when differences arise in your relationships? Do you experience gaslighting from an emotionally abusive narcissistic relationship in your life? Are you experiencing grief and loss of a loved one or friend? Have you experienced spiritual abusereligious trauma? You don't have to go through these struggles alone.
I specifically help people work through challenges connected to: bereavement, challenges with setting boundaries, and adult children of narcissists. I will help you process what you're going through, explore unhelpful patterns, and help you learn how to set healthy boundaries as well as develop self-compassion.
I provide a warm and welcoming space in which to explore the challenges you are having. We will work collaboratively as you identify the difficulty you are having and we'll focus on your goals for therapy.
